Project Brief:
The Damerjog Jetty Project is a strategic infrastructure development supporting the region’s oil and gas logistics through a modern marine terminal. Designed to handle fuel import and export operations, the jetty plays a vital role in enhancing Djibouti’s energy and industrial transport capacity, linking offshore operations to onshore storage and distribution networks.
Scope of Work by KSA Electric:
KSA Electric was entrusted with the complete electrical design and implementation of the jetty systems, covering the following:
- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of:
- Power distribution systems
- General and street lighting systems
- Instrumentation and control systems
- CCTV and surveillance systems
- Heat tracing systems
- Electrical and I&C systems for fuel loading arms and fuel handling units
