KSA Electric specializes in the construction, testing, and commissioning of power plants with capacities up to 2,000 MW. Our multinational team brings extensive expertise across all disciplines—including structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and control—covering a broad range of technologies such as simple cycle, combined cycle, thermal, solar, and hydroelectric power plants.
Our core competencies include:
- Installation of major power generation equipment: Gas turbines, steam turbines, reciprocating engines, and hydro turbines
- Assembly of fired boilers and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs), including heavy lifting of boiler modules (vertical or horizontal) and integration of flue gas systems (diverter dampers, ducts, bypass systems, stacks, etc.)
- Supply and installation of Balance of Plant (BoP) systems including black-start diesel generators, lube oil systems, gas and fuel systems, and water treatment units
- Cooling systems: air-cooled condensers (ACCs), water-cooled condensers, and cooling towers
- Fuel infrastructure: tank farms and storage tanks
- Piping systems and pipe rack erection
- Advanced welding services including high-spec alloy steel welding (P11, P12, P22, P91, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.)
- Preparation and management of quality control documentation (PQRs, WPS, ITPs)
- Execution of non-destructive testing (NDT): radiographic testing, dye penetrant, ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing, oil flushing, steam blowing, and more
- Instrumentation services: calibration, installation, and integration
- Fire detection and firefighting system installation
- Installation of Generator Circuit Breakers (GCB) and Isolated Phase Busducts (IPB)
- Installation of MV switchgears and MCC panels
- Complete cable works: laying, termination, trays, ladders, and busbars
- Control and protection system implementation
- Integration of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and network infrastructure
